Easy fast 3 steps for creating high shine:
1) With multiple rapid filing strokes, use the black portion of the 3 way Buffer on each nail to deep clean entire nail bed.
2) Repeat same buffing strokes with the White section for preparing the nails for shining.
3) Continue buffing each nail with the ultra fine buffing mesh on the Gray side of the buffer to finish with a high shine.
