Depending on where you're from, your order could take from 1 to 7 business days to arrive.
NSW approx. 1-3 business days

If you are eligible for same day delivery, your order will come any time between 2 - 4pm.
If you need your order before or after a specific time, you can leave a note on your order during checkout and we will try our best to get it to you on time

Orders
Any return or exchange requests should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Approved requests must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery and in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories where applicable.
In the case of a warranty claim, please contact us. Most electrical products are covered by a 12-month warranty unless otherwise specified in the product description or documentation.
Please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to correct your order. Once your order is dispatched, we cannot change it.
