Yes, we are trade only and therefore need to verify you are in the Hair, Nail or Beauty industry before you can view trade pricing or make orders.
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on where you're from, your order could take from 1 to 7 business days to arrive.
NSW approx. 1-3 business days
Rest of Australia approx. 3-7 business days
There may also be delays during the Christmas holiday period

Yes we can! Please leave a message on the shopping cart page before you check out, or call / text us directly on 0433 902 488 to arrange Express Postage. We will get back to you with the shipping costs.

If you are eligible for same day delivery, your order will come any time between 2 - 5pm.
If you need your order before or after a specific time, you can leave a note on your order during checkout and we will try our best to get it to you on time

Orders
Any return or exchange requests should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Approved requests must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery and in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories where applicable.
In the case of a warranty claim, please contact us. Most electrical products are covered by a 12-month warranty unless otherwise specified in the product description or documentation.
Please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to correct your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change it.
